Ellen has 8+ years of experience working in the beverage industry, everywhere from wineries and cellar doors to restaurants/wedding venues to liquor stores. She moved into the banking sector 3-years ago but has been missing the rush of hospitality. Ellen runs the day-to-day aspects of The Thirsty Caravan and will be your first point of contact.

Dean has 5 years of experience with catering businesses and in kitchens in Wanaka prior to meeting Ellen and moving back to Methven to work on the family cropping farm. He has a passion for photography and is responsible for a lot of our media content.
